Book Review: The Pragmatic Programmer
In an effort to make myself the best developer possible, I have been reading the classics in the programmer’s cannon. These are the books you are assigned as homework on your way to a computer science degree. This month I read “The Pragmatic Programmer: From Journeyman to Master” by Andrew Hunt and David Thomas. - Mobile app development
- Getting some new languages/frameworks under my belt: Ruby, Ruby on Rails, javacript variants like node and backbone
- Server side knowledge like more efficient automation of deployments
- Some fun “bells and whistles” HTML5 exercises
- Other geekery
The weird thing is this is super fun to me. I’m excited!
